Choose from a selection of payment methods. Residents can also notify us of any routine property-related issues through our online system as well. In a property emergency, we are available 24/7.

The JYK Property Services team works hard to keep our managed properties properly maintained. We ask the help of our residents in keeping them that way. Please respect your rental and be a good neighbor. In the care of common areas, please leave them as they were found. If you know of someone who would make a good neighbor, we appreciate referrals.
